Do you paint commercial buildings or offices?
No. We only paint homes: houses, townhouses, units and granny flats. That focus is why homeowners get proper attention, tidy work and clear prices.
Are you licensed for exterior and larger jobs?
Yes. Work is carried out under NSW contractor licence 390512C held by Jihad Al Harere, covering painting and decorating. You can check it on Verify NSW. Jobs over $5,000 get a written contract, as NSW law requires.
How much does it cost to paint a house in Wollongong?
Every house is different, so we give a fixed written price after a free visit. As a rough local guide, a single room is a few hundred dollars and a whole interior or single-storey exterior is several thousand. Our price guide explains what moves the number.
How long does a repaint take?
A bedroom is usually a day. A whole three-bedroom interior is often 3 to 5 working days, and a single-storey exterior about a week depending on prep and weather. You get the timeframe in your quote.
Do I need to move out or move furniture?
No need to move out. Clear small items and breakables; we move and cover the big furniture, protect floors and put everything back.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance on every job, and jobs over $20,000 also include home building compensation cover, as NSW law requires.
